We are proud to announce that we were the FIRST AND ONLY Provider School based in Alabama to be approved by all three: Alabama Department of Insurance, Alabama State Bar - Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Committee, and Alabama Real Estate Commission!

We were the FIRST approved ONLINE Title Insurance Pre-license Provider in the state!

 

REQUIREMENTS:

(1) An individual subject to the examination requirement set forth in Rule 482-1- 148-.06 must complete a pre-licensing course in order to take the title insurance agent examination. (2) The pre-licensing course must have been completed within twelve (12) months before the date of the examination. (3) An individual is required to present a certificate of completion of the pre-licensing course, together with photographic identification, as a condition for taking the title insurance agent examination.

**IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ATTORNEYS**

Our TITLE INSURANCE COURSE has been approved by the Alabama Bar Association Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission for 15.5 hours of MCLE.  The course also satisfies the 1 hour minimum ETHICS requirement.
