Alabama 20-Hour Title Insurance Agent Pre-License Course

We have created the opportunity to complete the required 20 hours multiple times per year, and in multiple cities. Title Insurance is a big part of Alabama real estate, and it is important for those who desire a license, to be able to take the courses. Students may take the 2 day course, and be licensed as soon as they pass the state exam.

Alabama 60-Hour Real Estate Salesperson Classroom Course

We have created the opportunity to complete the required 60 hours, get your license quickly, and begin selling immediately. Our Salesperson Pre-License Course is designed to allow the student to complete all 60 hours by attending 5:30p.m. – 9:30p.m. classes on Monday -Friday, for 3 weeks. Students may test out of the course during week 4, and immediately schedule their Alabama State Salesperson Licensing exam. Now, there is no need to wait 2-3 months to become a licensed salesperson. We want you to keep the fire burning and get started right away!
