Our TITLE INSURANCE COURSE has been approved by the Alabama Department of Insurance for the 20 hour pre-licensing course requirement to sit for the state examination to become an Alabama Title Insurance Agent.  Additionally, this course has been approved by the Alabama State Bar Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission for 15.5 hours of MCLE. The course also satisfies the 1 hour minimum ETHICS requirement.

Our REAL ESTATE COURSES have been approved by the Alabama Real Estate Commission and satisfies each individual course requirement of hours.
